#latepost this is how my core looks like after workouts! Why? Right now I’ve been advice on getting as much muscle as I can in… in order to go hard at the gym and lift heavy I carb up pretty heavy before my gym sessions! They will fill up your muscles allowing them to go even harder! I will have a very strict diet pre competition but until then it’s all about muscle development! #noexcuses
