The “track your macros” story

Well… Since I started my journey I always got away with eating healthy and 90% of the time just guessing on my servings and such…
I’ve got to a point where I feel really good about my physique but reality hit me… They told me: if you don’t track your macros you will not succeed on the cutting journey… So I’m on top of my game with my line of supplement as yesterday was some prep day for today and
LORD IM HUNGRY! Like this is HARD! Specially because I’m a sugar/fat junkie and I feel like it’s been a couple of hours but I’m going insane! So I figure that since I’ve been kind of gone here in my blog I will document my progress (for my sanity and honestly to make time and don’t think about cookie butter and froyo)
Tomorrow I’m having 1 slice of my bday cake because GOD is my bday but that’s it! I hope you guys can find my journey not too boring 💪💦🙊🙀

Help help help!! I am on holiday and I won't be able to go to the gym for about three weeks! I used to do weightlifting 3xweek, crossfit 1xweek and running 1-2xweek. I'm afraid I'll lose all my progress!! What can I do??

You can exercise anywhere! My best advice is to do body weight exercise with small rest between sets :)
Quick leg workout:
10 split lunges
10 air squats
10 high knees
10 kick backs

Repeat this circuit 4 times

Quick upper body workout:
10 push ups
10 burpees
10 man makers
30 sec crawling

Repeat this circuit 4 times

This is A KILLER! Take shorter breaks for better results ;) let me know how it goes
